TABANAN, STIGMA.CO.ID – Inspectorate of Kodam IX/Udayana Brigadier General Tatan Adrianto, S.I.P., led the closing ceremony of the Military Basic Training (Latsarmil) Reserve Component Education in 2023 which was held at Chandradimuka Rindam IX/Udayana Field, Kediri, Tabanan, on Monday (31/7/2023).
Starting the message from the Minister of Defense Republic Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, which was read by Irdam IX/Udayana, thanked and greatly appreciated the readiness of members of the Reserve Component to participate in becoming part of the National Defense Reserve Component.
“On behalf of myself and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense express the highest appreciation and congratulations to all members of the National Defense Reserve Component and I am proud to be able to stand in the midst of the soldiers of the National Defense Reserve Component who have proven to be strong, tough and authoritative,” he said.
He further conveyed, with the completion of this basic military education activity, it is expected that members of the Reserve Component can carry out their duties according to their respective functions, be able to apply knowledge and skills in theory and practice, and most importantly can inflame the spirit of defending the country in the implementation of the Defense and Security System. “The components of the National Defense Reserve must be ready to be mobilized according to the orders of the President of the Republic of Indonesia with the approval of the DPR RI, whose command and control lies with the TNI Commander with the task of enlarging and strengthening the main components in dealing with threats in order to maintain the sovereignty and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia,” emphasized the Indonesian Minister of Defense.
At the end of his address, the Minister of Defense Republic Indonesia also expressed his gratitude and highest appreciation to the trainers, supporters, organizers and others in several Regional Military Command as well as the Land, Sea and Air Forces.
It is known, apart from the IX/Udayana Regional Military Command which carried out 500 people of the Reserve Component Latsarmil, it was also carried out in several Regional Military Command as well as in the Sea and Air Forces.
The event was attended by the Director General of Sumdahan Pothan of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Kapoksahli Pangdam IX/Udy, Danrem 162/WB, Danrem 163/WSA, Assistants to Kasdam IX/Udy, LO AL, LO AU, and the Kabalak Kodam IX/Udy, as well as other invitees. (Pendam IX/Udy)
