Arriving in front of the Makodam knights, Military Commander IX/Udayana Maj. Gen. Harfendi, S.IP., M.Sc., accompanied by the Head of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana Mrs. Tika Herfendi, received Dandenmadam IX/Udayana’s report and respect from the Guard Post, as well as the Jajar Honors from the Watch Team.
On this occasion, Kasdam IX/Udayana and the Vice Chairman of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana placed flowers and handed over a hand bouquet. Furthermore, the Pangdam and the Head of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana were greeted by Hanuman dancers and passed traditional Balinese-Nusra warriors to Pataka Kodam IX/Udayana to carry out kissing the banner as a tradition of having officially become Soldiers of Praja Raksaka.
Prior to the Welcome Farewell, the Military Commander IX/Udayana first carried out an Exit Briefing and handed over a Memorandum from Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., at Rupatama Syafiudin. Meanwhile, the Head of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana carried out the tradition of the inauguration and release of Mrs. Raksakarini Sri Sena in the Supardi Hall.
Starting the Welcoming Event, which was held at the Makodam Apple Field, the Military Commander IX/Udayana said in his remarks that he was no stranger to the Kodam IX/Udayana environment. This is because some time ago he served as Kasdam IX/Udayana during the 2021–2022 period.
“Of course we really hope for support, moral support, and other things from the Bali-Nusra Forkopimda area and community leaders. Likewise for the residents of Kodam IX/Udayana, without the support of all the members, of course we as new residents would not be able to carry out our duties effectively. maximum,” said the commander.
The Military Commander further expressed his gratitude to Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., who had worked a lot at the IX/Udayana Regional Military Command. Therefore, the Pangdam will continue existing programs for the advancement of Kodam IX/Udayana. The Military Commander also hopes that Maj. Gen. TNI Sonny Aprianto will be able to successfully carry out his future duties as Assistant to the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces.
Meanwhile, Maj. Gen. TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., said in his impressions and messages that he was proud to have completed his duties as Regional Military Commander IX/Udayana. He admitted that being Military Commander IX/Udayana was an honor, both for himself and for his family.
“I am very grateful to all soldiers because Udayana soldiers have very high levels of loyalty, dedication, and integrity. Once again, I thank all parties so that the implementation of my duties as the Udayana Commander can run well and smoothly,” concluded Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto.
